“My son,” the scarecrow again began to inflate,” leave church matters to me. I only require you to regain order and I will deal with what are internal church matters.”. For a few moments the General regarded the cleric, “Of course Herr Vorsteher. However there is one small problem. As I am sure you are aware the Army is forbidden to intervene in what you have just stated are  purely church matters. I will need you to officially call on the army in this matter and declare a state of emergency which threatens the well being of Keller.” Again Kasper gestured, again the aid provided a document, this one however was several pages thick and richly embossed with seals. “ If you could  just sign this, a formality but without it....” the General left his words hang in the air. Blustering the cleric hastily signed the offered document which Andrea returned to his aid. “Thank Herr Vorsteher. If you would return to your quarters I have an egg to unscramble.” He turned away to again study the suburbs of Kliene-Hoysee. The fool had signed the document without reading it! Kliend-Hoysee was outside church control until the Chancellor declared otherwise not the Bishop or one of his power crazed lackeys. “My son,” the scarecrow again began to inflate,” leave church matters to me.  Kasper's next task was not so easy. With little more than a general idea of where and how many troops the Insurrections had he had to proceed slowly. A Church steeple as a guide to the bridge crossing the river Hoy the Kellerite troops advanced. The Jaeger supported be the artillery moved along the main Leasowe Road while Raparger's Infantry Brigade advanced on the right.  Kasper's next task was not so easy.
