I am planning the next big battle and needed to generate a couple of new officers, or at least a couple of command ratings for some that I had already named. This lead me to mass generate a personality trait and a command rating for each commander in the various armies. I also needed to generate names. I found this site [[http://fantasynamegenerators.com/|Fantasy Names]]. Not all of the names are random some are based on real people thought not necessarily accurately! One in particulr is the commander of the Britannic Empire's 4th Battalion of the Rifle Brigade, in Terra Normalis he was a lowly buglar. His promotion was due to  the good fortune of being my girlfriend's Great-grand Father!

The Personality traits reflect how a commander acts while the command rating shows how effective he and his staff are at putting any order into practice.
